You will find the results of the projects í am doing. My intention is to keep the
community informed about what i am doing, even though most of the stuff is of rather
limited interest. But i think this is better then dumping every thing quietly into /dev/null.

Other Projects
Since two years, i am starting every year a new project. I call them hopeless projects,
which means projects which have a fair chance to fail completely. There for the budget
for these projects is kept low by buying mostly used components at ebay and reusing
components from previous projects. Since i have studied physics most of these projects
are some how related to physics.
I am working professionally in the software business since 1980; most of the time in the
domain of telecommunication (refer to my profile at www.xing.de for more information).
Since 2005 i am a member of ACM because i think it is important being connected to the
research activities in computer since even though the daily work experience gives little
space to use it.
About my self
The home of Michael Erdmann
Since my job has changed from writing and testing code my self into
making other developers to develop and test code, i find it quite relaxing
the realize some of my ideas on my linux box at home.
A long time ago, after using C for several years, i realize that using Ada 95
is more efficient then C or C++, since in my spare time i cant afford spending to much
effort on debugging session. As a result most of my software projects are written in Ada
95 using the GNU Ada Tool Chain (GNAT) except for those ones which a related to
embedded hardware projects.
